Preamble[]
Mister Speaker, today I would like to address a matter of great importance to myself personally, and I am sure, of great importance to many citizens in our dear Empire. Times can be hard when you have a large family. Feeding, clothing, schooling, entertaining and keeping many children with all their aspects is a costly affair, and one we, as his Majesty's Parliament should do everything to support, to the benefit of the hard-working people that this Chamber represents, each in our own way. A tax reduction for the nuclear family, among others, will give some of the needed support our fellow citizens need, and encourage those yet childless to breed and be merry! Knowing that their government stands behind them and supports their decision.

Section I: Persons subject to this Act. []
I: Those citizens of Falleentium who are legally of age, reside within the Empire, and have one or more children within their household, whom the citizen(s) is the legal parent or guardian of.
II: The intent of the Bill being to aid those law abiding citizens with the motivation to thrive within the confines of the law, and recognising that those convicted of a felony can once again behave in accordance with the law, no differentiation shall be made between those previously convicted, and those citizens who are not.
Section II: Provisions of this Act[]
I: The Empire of Falleentium shall grant a tax reduction of 1 percentage-point for every child in a household consisting of Falleen citizens as described in Section I up to a limit of three children.
A: In order to qualify for the tax reduction, the total household income may not exceed the total amount of 45,000 Fall.
