Naval Support Activity Silkeborg (or NSA Silkeborg) is a Falleen Imperial Navy base, situated in the Royal State of Haals, and is home to the Far Eastern Command and the 2nd Fleet.
History[]
Naval presence was established on-site during World War II once the island was occupied by allied forces. NSA Silkeborg today provides support through logistical, supply and protection as well as a Navy Exchange facility and Morale Welfare and Recreation programs for both the Falleen Empire and nearby coalition assets such as Kaarnor and Cantonos.
The commander of the Far Eastern Command is responsible for NSA Silkeborg and other naval camps in Haalsia and San Padua. The Far Eastern Command falls under the oversight of the office of the Fleet Admiral and directly under Rear Admiral Philip de Villeneuve, Commander, Falleen Naval Forces Command and the Second Fleet. The second in command of the NSA Silkeborg is Colonel Joseph Steward.
Since 568AER, increasing cases of unidentified naval and aerial vessels have been reported by units under the jurisdiction of NSA Silkeborg near Falleen territorial waters. An investigation is still ongoing on the subject of a presumably murdered guard of the base.
